The Art of Healing began in 2002 with a single osteopath in a single room on Earls Court Road. Twenty-three years on, we have grown to two clinics and eight practitioners — and yet the way we work has changed remarkably little. We still see one person at a time, by hand, with a plan made for that body in front of us.
We are deliberately not a chain. We have no shareholders, no franchise model, no targets for "number of sessions per patient." Each practitioner here works long-form: most have been here a decade or more, and our shortest tenure is four years.
What unites us is a clinical philosophy: find the cause, not just treat the symptom. Most patients come to us after seeing one or more practitioners elsewhere. They tell us the same thing: "Nobody actually examined me before." We do.
