Where it is clinically safe and appropriate, hands-on treatment begins at your first appointment — not at a follow-up. Assessment and treatment happen in the same visit, so you leave having had something done about the pain rather than a plan to deal with it later. One practitioner, one pair of hands, working the problem directly.

One plan, built around you.

No two backs, shoulders or recovery timelines are the same, so we don't run standard protocols. Your plan is written for your body, your history and what you need to get back to. And it doesn't stop at the door — you'll have your practitioner's direct contact details, so questions between appointments get answered by the person actually treating you.

Every modality, one fee.

Osteopathy, physiotherapy, medical acupuncture and dry needling can all be used within the same appointment where they'll help — as can the equipment we have on site. What you're treated with is a clinical decision, never a pricing one. No upgrade, no add-on, no separate charge for combining approaches. You pay for the appointment, not for what happens inside it.

Open seven days, early until late.

We run 8am to 9pm, every day of the week, because treatment that only fits into a working Tuesday isn't much use to anyone. Early mornings, evenings and weekends are ordinary appointments here, not exceptions. A quieter place for recovery

The Wandsworth clinic opened in 2017 to provide a local, focussed practice servicing the communities of Putney, Wandsworth, Clapham and Southfields, providing the same compassionate, careful, hands on care at our other clinc sites.

Nestled just off the Garrett Lane and Southside shopping centre with local parking available and easy access to East Putney underground station and Wandsworth Town/Clapham Junction.

Our Approach

Six modalities. One considered plan at Wandsworth

Our Wandsworth practitioners are trained across more than one discipline, so the decision about how to treat you is made in the room, by the person treating you — not by whichever specialist you happened to book. Where two or three approaches work better combined, that's what you get, at no additional cost.

Osteopathy

Where most plans start. Diagnosis first, then hands-on work through joints and soft tissue, and retraining how you move so the problem is less likely to come back.

Physiotherapy

For getting capacity back — after injury, surgery, or a long spell of guarding a painful area. Manual work in clinic, paired with loading you can realistically do at home.

Acupuncture

Traditional Chinese medicine, used where the picture is systemic rather than mechanical — fertility support, digestive complaints, sleep, and stress that has settled into the body.

DRY NEEDLING

The musculoskeletal counterpart to acupuncture, and a different thing entirely. Fine needles into trigger points to release a muscle that has stopped letting go — often within the same session as hands-on work.

Massage Therapy

Sports, deep tissue, remedial and manual lymphatic drainage. Delivered by therapists who assess as well as treat, so an hour on the table still tells us something useful.

Shockwave Therapy

Focused and radial. For stubborn tendon problems that haven't responded to hands-on work alone — tennis and golfer's elbow, plantar fasciitis, bursitis, chronic tendinopathy.
