At The Art of Healing we take your treatment plan very seriously and need you to commit to your planned appointments to ensure you achieve your recovery goals.
A cancelled or missed sessions not only wastes our therapists valuable time but may also prevent a patient in pain from finding a spot in our team’s schedule.
To prevent this, we require that you must give at least 8 hours notice if you are unable to attend one of your scheduled appointments
If you fail to attend a scheduled appointment or do not give a FULL 8 Hours notice of your inability to attend a session a cancellation fee of the full cost of the session will be charged.
