We are open 7 days a week until late and always try to have same day appointments available for emergency cases and patients in pain. If you can't find a slot that suits do give us a call. We'll always try our best to fit you in if we can.

No, you can self-refer to osteopathy, physiotherapy, acupuncture, or any of our specialist clinics.

We ask you to wear comfortable clothes you can move in. You may be asked to dress down to underwear but we will work to whatever comfort level suits you. Alternatively we suggest sports wear such as sports bra and shorts.

Our appointment slots for standard osteopathy, physiotherapy and medical acupuncture appointments are approximately 40 minutes but can be shorter or longer depending on the level of treatment required.

Yes — patients often bring a partner, parent, or friend. There is seating in the treatment room. We just ask you to coordinate beforehand so we know to expect them.

Both are evidence-based manual therapies. Osteopathy emphasises whole-body diagnosis and longer hands-on sessions. Physiotherapy emphasises movement rehabilitation and exercise prescription. We use both in combination — most patients see both within a treatment course.

Most patients describe it as a brief pinch followed by a dull ache or pressure. Our needles are single use, Japanese sterile needles of the very highest medical grade.

Only if it is clinically appropriate and you consent. About 40% of our osteopathic treatments involve a high-velocity adjustment; 60% are soft-tissue and articulation work. We always explain what we are about to do before doing it.

Radial extracorporeal shockwave is a focused acoustic wave delivered through a handheld probe. It induces controlled micro-trauma to stimulate healing in chronic tendinopathy (tennis elbow, plantar fasciitis, calcific shoulder).

IDD is computer-controlled spinal decompression. You lie on a specialised table; the device applies axial traction at a precise vector to a targeted disc level. Excellent for confirmed disc herniation.

We aim to treat patients to become symptom free and back to full recovery and their chose activity as soon as possible. Your therapist will be able to provide you with a treatment plan and expected prognosis depending on how well your body responds to treatment and rehab.
