Experts in Tennis Elbow, Golfers Elbow, Carpal Tunnel Assessment and Treatment

TENNIS ELBOW, GOLFERS ELBOW, CARPAL TUNNEL

Our arms and wrists are extremely mobile joints but constant repetitive tasks such as computer work or repeated trauma from sporting movements can cause the tendons to become inflamed and chronically painful. Tennis elbow, golfers elbow, RSI and carpal tunnel syndrome are all examples of overuse injuries where the tendon and structures of the arm and wrist become inflamed and painful, often with ongoing microtrauma and scarring to the connective tissue. Recovery for these chronic conditions can be difficult and is often addressed with simple rehab exercises and pain medication – but unfortunately this can leave the tendon suspect to reinjury and pain when used again.

At the Art of Healing we have a successful in-house protocol that allows us to work with overuse and tendonitis injuries – utilising proven medical technologies as well as a bespoke program of rehab and care to ensure you have full recovery and can return to activity pain free.

WHAT OUR CLIENTS SAY

  • "My treatment was exceptional...".

I could not recommend Peter enough. My treatment was exceptional. Very quickly Peter was able to diagnose my issue and he was able to bring me great relief, as well recommend steps to take while at home. He is a true professional and very personable which made the treatment as pleasant as could be.

    Grant, London
  • "Really caring and professional..."

    Highly recommended.
I had been having pain in my back and neck from working at home and a soft mattress and received immediate relief from my treatment. Really caring and professional, lovely clean room and was given some really helpful exercises and advice.
    Thanks so much!

    Izumi, London
  • "No hesitation in recommending..."

I have recurrent neck pain from a whiplash injury I got 18 years ago. I’d had weekly treatment at another osteopathy clinic but hadn’t noticed much improvement so thought I’d try something different.

Peter is such a positive force and very obviously good at what he does. On my first treatment he used a deep and powerful technique on me and followed up with me the next day to make sure I was okay, which really impressed me.

He squeezed me in for a session at very short notice when I had a flare up in my symptoms and you really feel as if his treatments are very personal to you. I would have no hesitation in recommending this clinic and Peter to those wanting a thorough, professional and effective osteopathy treatment.

    Ruth, London
  • "I'll definitely go back..."

I had a really sore back for a few days and went in to see Katherine for an osteopathy session - I feel so much better already.
She was extremely professional, friendly and gentle!
The location was great, and the clinic was very nice and clean. The table even had a heat pad which was a nice treat.
    I'll definitely go back!

    Romy, London
  • "had me walking pain-free again..."

I hurt my back on a long photoshoot and a day of carrying heavy equipment. After only two treatments, Peter had me walking pain-free again. He manages to explain his treatment very clearly without medical jargon and is always very professional and caring. I would not hesitate to recommend him to others seeking osteopathic treatment.

CANCELLATION POLICY

At the Earls Court Osteopathy Clinic we take your treatment plan very seriously and need you to commit to your planned appointments to ensure you achieve your recovery goals.

A cancelled or missed sessions not only wastes our therapists valuable time but may also prevent a patient in pain from finding a spot in our team’s schedule. To prevent this, we require that you must give at least 8 hours notice if you are unable to attend one of your scheduled appointments

If you fail to attend a scheduled appointment or do not give a FULL 8 Hours notice of your inability to attend a session a 50% of the cancellation fee will be charged.
PRIVATE INSURANCE

We are registered with all major health care insurers including Vitality, Bupa International, Cigna and WPA. Please check with your insurance and terms of your policy.

Please note that for all appointments with the Earls Court Osteopathy Clinic, patients are responsible for all payments and claims with their insurance directly. We can provide you with a receipt on request.

AXA Patients – please advise us at the time of booking if you are with AXA. Unfortunately AXA have capped their payment fees to £35, which after costs and clinic rental leaves very little for the practitioner. We therefore no longer deal with AXA directly although we are able to provide you with a receipt to claim any difference from the treatment you have received.
