Our fully qualified team have the knowledge and experience to provide a professional service with proven results. PETER CHIERAKUL

CLINICAL DIRECTOR

Peter is the Clinical director and founder of the Art of Healing. His approach to treatment is to provide Total Healthcare and offer an extensive and holistic approach for his clients and patients. To this end Peter has completed training in a Masters of Osteopathy MOSt, Western Medical acupuncture, Traditional Chinese Medical and Japanese acupuncure, myofascial release techniques and functional movement as well as completing apprenticeships in Japanese Seitai bodywork and the Evolve movement method.

Peter is fully registered with the General Osteopathic Council and works extensively with professional athletes including members of the Premier League, Olympic squad members and professional combat athletes.

MAXENCE INGELAERE

OSTEOPATH

Maxence brings a wealth of experience and variety of osteopathic techniques to his practice and tenure in Europe including excellent hands on osteopathic techniques, visceral techniques and cranial work. Maxence also incorporates acupuncture and medical dry needling as well as experience in a wide range of sports and rehab situations.

LEV FAINKUCHEN

OSTEOPATH

Lev is a general practice structural osteopath with experience treating a wide range of chronic and acute conditions. Previous experience working within the NHS has exposed him to a wide range of clinical situations and complex patient presentations, with involvement in research on non-pharmacological intervention projects for conditions such as respiratory muscle training for chronic pain syndrome and fibromyalgia. Lev has also completed tenureship at a leading physiotherapist and rehabilitation centre in Lithuania. Lev has a strong commitment to patient-centred care and a capacity to provide a range of treatment options that promote better, reliable, and quicker recovery.

DAVID ANGOVE

CHARTERED PHYSIOTHERAPIST

David brings a wealth of physiotherapist experience to the team having worked extensively with professional weight lifting and rugby teams. He works with all musculoskeletal conditions, such as pain in the back, neck, shoulders and knees, as well as work-related and sports injuries. He specialises in using strength training as way to help people, whether you’re a competitive athlete or someone just thinking about getting fitter.

OLIVIA TROUSSEL

OSTEOPATH

Olivia Troussel is an expert holistic osteopath with a wide range of skills having previously studied physiotherapy and undertaking specialist courses in paediatric and infant osteopathy. She takes a patient-centred approach, creating personalised treatment plans focusing on understanding individual goals and effectively addressing root causes. Olivia uses a range of osteopathic techniques, visceral therapy, diaphragmatic work, and medical dry needling to promote natural healing and enhance overall body function. Her holistic approach also considers nutrition and lifestyle ergonomics, providing a naturopathic perspective when needed. In addition to osteopathy, Olivia is passionate about yoga and Pilates, incorporating these practices into exercise prescriptions to support rehabilitation and encourage long-term health improvements.

Netty has a special interest in massage for headaches, pregnancy clients and offering superlative and relaxing deep tissue massage.

Florence Hall is a specialist massage therapist qualified in deep tissue, therapeutic massage and pregnancy massage. She uses a combination of deep tissue massage, active release and assisted stretching in her treatments and offers a highly qualified approach to musculoskeletal and mental wellness.

Ralitsa (Rae) is a therapist with a strong background in biomechanics, clinical and sports performance, exercise prescription and rehabilitation. She brings a wealth of experience having worked with professional sportspeople, dancers and gymnasts and particularly specialises in providing excellent rehabilitation in addition to her hands on skills. In additional to offering her hands on expertise for injuries and aches and pains, Ralitsa also provides expert personal training and sports coaching.

PAVLOS SPIRITOS

SPORTS MASSAGE THERAPIST

Pavlos Spiritos is a qualified Sports Massage Therapist, currently pursuing a degree in Osteopathic Medicine at the British College of Osteopathic Medicine (BCOM). In addition to his professional expertise, he holds Level 2 qualifications in Acupuncture and Electrotherapy.

Pavlos has a diverse background, having served in the Ministry of Defence of Cyprus and contributing as an assistant head coach for combat sports, training children aged 5-12. His athletic accomplishments include being a Cyprus national champion in Chinese boxing and competing at an elite level in boxing in the UK.

Pavlos provides superlative strong and meaningful massage, with an excellent knowledge of sport injuries and addressing tight and aching muscles!

CANCELLATION POLICY

At The Art of Healing we take your treatment plan very seriously and need you to commit to your planned appointments to ensure you achieve your recovery goals.

A cancelled or missed sessions not only wastes our therapists valuable time but may also prevent a patient in pain from finding a spot in our team’s schedule. To prevent this, we require that you must give at least 8 hours notice if you are unable to attend one of your scheduled appointments

If you fail to attend a scheduled appointment or do not give a FULL 8 Hours notice of your inability to attend a session a 50% of the cancellation fee will be charged.
PRIVATE INSURANCE

We are registered with all major health care insurers including Vitality, Simply Health, Cigna and WPA. Please check with your insurance and terms of your policy.

Please note that for all appointments with The Art of Healing, patients are responsible for all payments and claims with their insurance directly. We can provide you with a receipt on request. Please be sure to check with your insurance and terms of your cover as we cannot be held responsible for any disparities, excess or difference between our fees and any insurance cover you may be entitled to.

We no longer accept or take Axa registered appointments at this time.
