Ciara trained at the British College of Osteopathic Medicine (MOst 2019) with a final-year focus on performing-arts medicine — an unusual specialism for a UK osteopath.

She joined the clinic in 2021 and has built a caseload that includes string and woodwind musicians from West End productions, opera singers, conductors, and dance teachers.

About 60% of her cases are musician-specific: upper-cervical pain from instrument posture, focal dystonia screening referrals, vocal tension. She sees regular orthopaedic patients alongside this.
